Founded in 2023 by leaders of the shipping and logistics industry and inaugurated alongside the Dominican Port Authority. Since then we have trained 1,668 professionals, with instructors who work at companies in the sector.

Why INPLOG

An institute built from inside the industry

In 2023, a group of leaders from the Dominican port and logistics industry made a decision: if they wanted better-prepared professionals, they had to train them themselves.

  • Taught by active industry professionals

    Our instructors work at companies across the Dominican port and logistics sector and teach from that daily experience.

  • Inaugurated with the Dominican Port Authority

    Our campus in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo was opened jointly with the Vice Presidency of the Republic and the Dominican Port Authority (APORDOM).

  • Academic collaboration

    We work with UNIBE, INESDYC, the International Maritime University of Panama (UMIP) and the main industry associations.

Flagship program

360° Vision of the Logistics, Maritime and Port Sector

A comprehensive view of the Dominican logistics ecosystem, from supply chain fundamentals to the operational basics of the air, maritime and port sectors. In person, in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo.

We offer 13 programs and workshops in total, covering supply chain, commercial strategy, cybersecurity, leadership and warehouse management. Courses are taught in Spanish.
